Following limitations and conditions shall be applicable in addition to the general restrictions mentioned above for using Content published on the Matriye Groups Platform:

• Every single content including but not limited to trademarks, service marks, and logos (“Marks”), processes, images, software, and graphics that are utilized on the Matriye Groups Platform belongs to Matriye Groups in terms of ownership & license and are subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under the law.
• User Content published on the Matriye Groups Platform is offered with respect to AS IS scenario. You can utilize the Content for your personal information and personal use as proposed through the functionality on the Matriye Groups Platform and such usage is permitted under these Terms and Conditions.
• You are not allowed to download any User Content until you see a “download” or similar link provided for that User Content by Matriye Groups.
• Without the proper written permission of Matriye Groups or the respective licensors of the User Content, you or any other user are not allowed to copy, reproduce, make available online or electronically transmit, publish, adapt, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any User Content for the purpose other than those provided by Matriye Groups. Matriye Groups and its licensors do not reserve all the rights that are not expressly granted for the Matriye Groups Platform and User Content published on it.
• Interference with or disabling of security-related features of the Matriye Groups Platform or features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any User Content or enforce limitations on the use of the Matriye Groups Platform or the User Content therein is strictly not allowed.
• Matriye Groups Platform is an online education platform wherein you will be exposed to User Content from a variety of sources and by different Users and thus with respect to this, We are not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights of or relating to such User Content. In addition to this, You also understand and agree that while using the Matriye Groups Platform you may be exposed to User Content that is inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable, and you shall ignore any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or may have against Matriye Software Pvt Ltd (Brand Name: Cosmosiq) with respect to such content.
• You agree to indemnify and do not hold any harmful action towards Matriye Groups, its owners, operators, affiliates, licensors, and licensees through your use of the Matriye Groups Platform.

7. content-conduct

As a User, you are allowed to submit User Content in the form of videos and user comments on the Matriye Groups Platform. You acknowledge that we are not responsible and guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any User Content submitted by You. It is your responsibility or you shall be liable for any kind of User Content and the consequences of submitting and publishing User Content on Matriye Groups Platform.

You confirm that you own the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish the User Content you submit. In addition to this, you also grant a limited license to Matriye Groups to all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to such User Content for publication on Matriye Groups Platform with respect to these Terms and Conditions for the duration the said User Content is available on Matriye Groups Platform.

For simplicity, you preserve your ownership rights in your User Content. Whenever you submit User Content to Matriye Groups, you allow or grant Matriye Groups a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, publish, make available online or electronically transmit, the User Content in connection with the Matriye Groups Platform and Matriye Groups’s business including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Matriye Groups Platform in any media formats and through any media channels.

You shall make available your User Content published on the Matriye Groups Platform to all other Users and with respect to that you grant each User of the Matriye Groups Platform a limited, non-exclusive license to access your User Content through theMatriye Groups Platform. If you request Matriye Groups to remove or delete your videos from Matriye Groups Platform, all the above licenses granted by you for the User Content will terminate within a commercially reasonable time and you agree to pay the mutually agreed amount that Matriye Groups incurred in providing theMatriye Groups Platform to you.

Matriye Groups has the rights to retain, but not display, distribute, or perform, server copies of your videos that have been removed or deleted and We agree to the same. User comments and testimonials submitted by you with respect to the above licenses granted by you are perpetual and irrevocable. It is your responsibility to make sure about the presence of any third-party copyrighted material, or material that is subject to other third-party proprietary rights in User Content submitted by You on the Matriye Groups Platform, and for such content usage you shall have permission from the rightful owner of the material or you are otherwise legally entitled to post the material and to grantMatriye Groups all of the license rights granted herein.

Apart from all this, you are responsible for and confirm that the User Content uploaded by you is not: False, inaccurate, or misleading; Infringe any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy; Violate any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation; Defamatory, unlawfully threatening, or unlawfully harassing; Obscene or contain pornography; Contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, chatbots, or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, or personal information.

You are not permitted to make use of the Matriye Groups Platforms at any time to post or publish any content, comments, or act with the purpose of harassment of any other User, whether a learner or an educator. If it is found or observed or reported that you are engaged in any kind of harassment of other Users, We have the right to suspend/terminate your account with immediate effect and without any notice of such suspension or termination in addition to this, We will also initiate any legal proceedings against you in such cases. We work hard to maintain the standard of our platform and with respect to this, We may process any audio or audio-visual content uploaded by you to the Matriye Groups Platform to validate if the same is in accordance with Matriye Groups internal quality requirements and is compatible with the Matriye Groups Platform.

Matriye Groups does not sustain any User Content submitted on the Matriye Groups Platform by any User or other licensor, or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein and We clearly deny our liability in connection with User Content.

Matriye Groups does not allow any User for copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on the Matriye Groups Platform. If we come to notice any such activity or have reason to believe that the User Content infringes any copyright, We will remove all that User Content without prior notice.

8.Matriye Groups Plus – Subscription:

If you are a subscriber or user of Matriye Groups Plus – Subscription then We request you to refer to and understand the terms and conditions that shall govern your subscription and are mentioned on Matriye Groups Plus – Subscription webpage. With respect to those terms and conditions, You are not allowed to give any unauthorized access or distribution or reproduce the Educational Content (as defined in the Subscription terms and conditions) to any other third party or parties and if the same has come to our notice, We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the said User’s account with immediate effect.

9. Matriye Groups Intellectual Property Right:

Matriye Groups owns and controls the selection and arrangement of The Matriye Groups Platform and its processes including but not limited to all text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, sounds, and music (if any), artwork, and computer code that appear or placed on the Matriye Groups Platform. Everything including the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, look and feel, and arrangement of such content mentioned hereinabove is protected by copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other National and International IPR laws and regulations. But keep in mind that, User Content is not part of said statement.

f any other content different than the above content is found on the Matriye Groups Platform thenMatriye Groups owns all IPR to and into the trademark “Matriye Groups ”, “Matriye Groups PLUS” and the Matriye Groups Platform unless any third party claims for any proprietary rights for the same. Without proper written permission of Matriye Groups, Reproduction in whole or in part of the mark “Matriye Groups ” is strictly prohibited as it is the sole property of Matriye Groups.

10. Refunds:

Matriye Groups’s refund policy shall be applicable and govern any refunds that are to be processed.

11. Electronic Communication:

Your communication with us is considered electronic communication when you visit the Matriye Groups Platform or send an email to us. In this manner, you also give permission to receive communication from us electronically. Our communication with you will be in the form of emails or posting notices on the Matriye Groups Platform. In addition to this, you also allow Us and acknowledge that all agreements, notices, disclosures, disclaimers, offers, and other communications that are provided to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication should be in writing.

12. Termination of Account:

User’s access to Matriye Groups Platform will be terminated if: The user is observed as a repeat copyright infringer; A user conducts an act violating any terms of these Terms and Conditions; Infringement of any applicable laws; Business operations of Matriye Groups Platform are disrupted by your use of our platform or the same affect any other party/ User; Your acts or behavior in any manner which is objectionable and could be regarded as inappropriate or unlawful or illegal or which would bring any claims against Matriye Groups ;

We have the right to decide whether User Content violates these Terms and Conditions other than copyright infringement, such as but not limited to, pornography, obscenity, excessive length, or any other parameter that Matriye Groups believes fits its platform occasionally. If any kind of such content is found to be posted from Your or the User’s account, We have the right to remove such content and terminate the respective User account without any prior notice.

If we come to notice any violating activity reflecting misuse of ourMatriye Groups Platform, we will notify you immediately and for security purposes, we may suspend access to the Matriye Groups Platforms or require You to change Your password. With respect to this, any liability previously incurred by You will not get affected in case of any termination of Your registration and/or Account.

13. CosmosIQ Business Account Deactivation Terms and Conditions:

CosmosIQ.ai Account Deactivation Terms and Conditions:

• Voluntary Deactivation: Users have the option to deactivate their CosmosIQ.ai account at any time.
• Request Submission: Deactivation requests must be submitted through the designated channels provided by CosmosIQ.ai, either through the online platform or by contacting customer support..
• Confirmation: Upon receiving a deactivation request, CosmosIQ.ai will send a confirmation email to the user's registered email address. The deactivation process will commence once the user confirms their request through the provided confirmation link or method.
• Data Retention: Users should be aware that deactivating their account will result in the permanent removal of all personal data and content associated with the account. This includes but is not limited to user profiles, stored data, uploaded files, and any other information submitted to or generated by CosmosIQ.ai during the use of the platform.
• Irreversible Action: Deactivation is irreversible. Once an account is deactivated, all data and content associated with the account cannot be recovered.
• Subscription Cancellation: Deactivating an account does not automatically cancel any active subscriptions or recurring payments associated with the account. Users must separately cancel their subscriptions before deactivating their account to avoid further charges..
• Third-Party Integrations: Users should also take into consideration any third-party integrations or connections (such as social media accounts) linked to their CosmosIQ.ai account. Deactivation of the CosmosIQ.ai account may affect the functionality of these integrations, and users may need to manage these connections separately.
• Responsibility: It is the user's responsibility to ensure that they have downloaded or saved any data or content they wish to keep before deactivating their account. CosmosIQ.ai will not be held liable for any loss of data or content resulting from account deactivation.
• Inactive Accounts: CosmosIQ.ai reserves the right to deactivate accounts that have been inactive for an extended period of time, as defined by our policies.
• Terms Modification: CosmosIQ.ai reserves the right to modify these account deactivation terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through email or through the platform's communication channels. Continued use of the platform after such modifications implies acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Effective of Termination:

Matriye Groups reserves the right in its sole discretion to take an action of termination or suspension of the User’s account with immediate effect if any of the above-mentioned cases occur. Once the User’s account is suspended or terminated:

• Any or all payments or pay-outs that are to be made to such User will be stopped or with held by Matriye Groups as a part of its rights.
• If we believe that the User has done any legitimate work that is not the subject matter of any violation or dispute, We will initiate payments for the same only.
• If any kind of work done by the User is part of or is the subject matter of any of the violations, payments for the same shall not be made.
• The user shall not be able to access the said terminated account.

15. Copyright Infringement:

Matriye Groups follows a clear copyright policy for any or all User Content supposed to infringe the copyright of a third party. If we believe that or found that the User is a repeat infringer, We will terminate the User's access to the Matriye Groups Platform as per our Matriye Groups's copyright policy. Any User who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice shall be considered a repeat infringer.

If you have copyrights of any User Content or own such content and found or believe that the same has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you can claim copyright infringement with the help of the instructions given in the copyright policy.

16. Notice of Copyright Infringement:

In accordance with the provisions of the Indian Copyright Act, 1952 read with the Information Technology Act of 2000, we allow the general public to post content on our platform - “Matriye Groups Platform” and we act as an intermediary for the same. Any copyright or copyright representative can claim infringements on their User Content uploaded on theMatriye Groups Platform in written format. To make this process smooth and result-oriented, we have also designated an agent to receive notices of claimed copyright infringement. If you believe and are confident about the infringement of your copyright, you may provide us with a written communication that contains:

An electronic or physical signature of the person approved or allowed to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest; A detailed description of the copyrighted work that you declare has been infringed upon; A precise description about the location of your material that you claim is infringing on theMatriye Groups Platform and clearly indicating the educator name, topic, and any other detailed identifications of the infringing content; Your information including email address, physical address, and telephone number; Your notice clearly states that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; Your statement made under penalty of perjury that you confirm about the information furnished in your statements is accurate that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

17. Our Policy to Deal with Copyright Infringements:

We follow a unique 3-Strike Policy – Any educator shall be banned from using Matriye Groups Platform if three instances are brought to our notice that is provided with all required supporting information by our agents or any other User. We will withdraw his/her right to any and all compensation or monetary benefit that he/she might be eligible for. The detailed process is as follows:

1. First Case of Violation:
An educator will be given a warning and his/her account will be suspended for a week is also not allowed to make any new courses if the infringement of User Content by that educator is reported to us for the first time.

2. Second Case of Violation:
If we notice that the educator is still conducting any infringing activities, all User Content posted by him/her subject to copyright violations is brought down immediately and his/her account shall be suspended for a month and is not permitted to make any more videos.

3. Third Case of Violation:
If we observe or believe that an educator is still continuing any infringing activities, he/she will be banned from the Matriye Groups Platform permanently and not allowed to make any more courses in the future.

18. Confidentiality:

Without prior written permission of Matriye Groups, you are not allowed to disclose any Confidential Information (as defined below) that is disclosed to you during the term of your use of the Matriye Groups Platform to any third party. To make the above clause clear here is the definition of Confidential Information: “Information about employee details, user list, business model, processes, ideas, concepts, etc. relating to Matriye Groups orMatriye Software Pvt Ltd (Brand Name: Cosmosiq) Platform which are not available in the public domain shall be considered as Confidential Information.” With regards to this, you confirm and agree that the Confidential Information so provided to you shall at all time remains the property of Matriye Groups and any violation of the same shall cause irreparable damage to us.

19. Refund Policy :

Once you subscribe to any plan, you cannot change/cancel your plan and thus please read all the terms & conditions related to subscription very carefully. Once you make the payment for the plan of your choice, it shall be considered final with your consent and there will not be any kind of refund offered for the same.

20. Trademark :

The trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on the Matriye Groups are owned by Matriye Groups(“Matriye Groups Marks”). If you haven’t received our permission, do not use the Matriye Groups Marks as your own or in any manner that implies sponsorship or endorsement or any relation to Matriye Groups. A product or service branded with the Matriye Groups name or logo is a reflection of Matriye Groups. Unless you are one of our licensees, we don’t allow others to make, sell, or give away anything with our name or logo on it.

21. Other legal notices :

In the event of any other disputes or claims arising from the use of Matriye Groups Platform, please get in touch with us at legal@cosmosiq.ai

22. Support after Training :

We at Matriye Groups strive to ensure that our Users have a conducive learning and teaching environment, which includes interactions between the Users to allow the flow of knowledge and exchange of ideas. Keeping the interactive nature of the Platform in mind it is essential to ensure that the Platform is not misused in any way that would warrant any User having a less-than-amazing experience and following the guidelines we have given below would be a great way to do that. You as a User may come cross content that you feel is inappropriate, and we have provided means by which you can report or flag such content, but do keep in mind that the reporting option should be used judiciously and if you have any doubts, i.e. if the content is inappropriate please go through the guidelines to make an informed decision. Additionally, these guidelines are to be read along with all the other policies on the Matriye Groups platform including but not limited to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

23. Guidelines for acts and content that are prohibited :

Harmful or dangerous content: We at Matriye Groups believe the Platform is a safe space for learners and educators alike and would like your help in ensuring that it remains so. Keeping this in mind any content that incites or promotes violence that may cause physical or emotional harm or endanger the safety of any individual is expressly prohibited on the Platform. Content that requires references to harmful or dangerous acts solely for educational purposes is allowed. The sale and promotion of any regulated or illegal goods are not allowed. The Platform is to be used only for the permitted uses as detailed under the Terms and Conditions.

Hateful content: We realize that there may be instances when there is an exchange of ideas and opinions which is essential in the learning process, while we agree that individuals have the right to voice their opinion, we do not encourage or tolerate any hate speech. Hate speech is any content where the sole objective is inciting hatred against specific individuals or groups with respect to but not limited to race or ethnic origin, country caste, religion, disability, gender, age, sexual orientation/gender identity, etc. Violent and graphic content: Matriye Groups is an educational Platform and the content uploaded is restricted to educational content alone, content that is violent or graphic is prohibited. You are requested to ensure that if there are references being made to violent or graphic situations or instances, they should solely be for educational purposes. Content whose sole objective is to sensationalize, shock, or disturb individuals is not allowed.Matriye Groups does not allow any content related to terrorism, such as content that promotes terrorist acts or incites violence, is not to be uploaded on the Platform in any manner. Harassment and bullying: Matriye Groups Platform is used by many users on a daily basis and it is important to be respectful and kind to your fellow users, we do not tolerate any form of harassment or bullying on the Platform and strive to keep the Platform a safe space to foster learning. Harassment, in this case, would include but not be limited to abusive videos, comments, messages, revealing someone’s personal information, including sensitive personally identifiable information of individuals, content or comments uploaded in order to humiliate someone, sexual harassment, or sexual bullying in any form. Spam: Posting untargeted, unwanted, and repetitive content in lessons, comments, or messages with the intention to spam the Platform and to drive traffic from the Platform to other third-party sites is in direct violation of our Terms and Conditions. Posting links to external websites with malware and other prohibited sites is not allowed. The use or launch of any automated system in any manner that sends more request messages to Matriye Groups’s servers in a given period of time that is more than a human can reasonably produce using a conventional online web browser is prohibited and you can take a look at our Terms and Conditions for more details on the same including exceptions to this prohibition to public search engines. Misleading metadata: Misuse of title, description, tags, thumbnail, bios and other features which constitutes the Metadata on the Platform is not allowed. Using these features to trick or circumvent our search algorithms is prohibited Scams: Any content uploaded/posted in order to trick others for their own financial gain is not allowed and we at Matriye Groups do not tolerate any practices of extortion or blackmail either. Copyright: Please refer to our copyright policy provided in our Terms and Conditions to know more about proprietary information relating to User Content and Matriye Groups Content. Privacy violation: Kindly refer to our Privacy Policy given here to know how to protect your privacy and respect the privacy of other users. If you believe that your privacy has been violated in any manner where a user has knowingly or unknowingly disclosed any information on the Platform be sure to reach out to the User and if that is not possible, please feel free to approach us at any time so we can take the necessary steps to remove the content.

Impersonation: Impersonating another person is not permitted while using Matriye Groups Platform. In this case, impersonation would mean the intention to cause confusion regarding who the real person is by pretending to be them. This can be done by means of using names, images, documents, certificates, etc. not belonging to you or not used to identify you. Pretending to be a company, institute, group, etc. by using their logo, brand name or any distinguishing mark would also amount to impersonation and could also be a potential trademark infringement. Interaction with Matriye Groups: AtMatriye Groups offices we treat each other with respect and have a healthy and supportive work environment. We believe in hands-on interaction with our users to help them navigate and gain the maximum benefit from the platform. Should you find yourselves interacting with any person from Matriye Groups please ensure that you maintain the same decorum you would while using this Platform. We do not encourage any communication with Matriye Groups employees of staff that is hateful, abusive, or sexually suggestive in any manner.

24.Reporting tools :

We have reporting tools available on the platform where you can report any content that you believe falls under the ambit of any of the prohibited acts, violative of any intellectual property rights, or spam. The report option is made available for the videos as well as the comments, please ensure that you are certain that there is an issue before you report, and do not make false complaints or allegations. You can write to us at help@cosmosiq.ai for any additional support, but to ensure that the Platform remains a safe learning space we suggest you use the in-built reporting tools made available. Tips on Do’s & Don’ts: Here are a few tips from us on how to use the platform in a safe manner:

1.Keeping yourself and your account safe Keep your log-in credentials a secret and do not reveal your password or ID to anyone. Create a strong password to ensure that your account is not compromised, here are some tips to ensure that your password is strong: Your password should be at least eight characters in length, combine numbers and letters, and not include commonly used words. Select a word or acronym and insert numbers between some of the letters. Include Special characters. Mix capital and lowercase letters. Don't reuse passwords associated with any other type of account. Log out of all devices to ensure that your login credentials are secure. Register with our phone number in order to ensure you have a backup in case you forget your login details. Do not reveal any personal information about yourself to anyone online, additionally do not meet someone you have a conversation with online in person, this could be a potentially dangerous activity and you might be compromising your safety. If you are below the age of 18 and want to use the platform, a parent or guardian can create an account on your behalf. Persons below the age of 18 are not allowed to have an individual account without the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Reporting Content If you have content on your profile or video that would confuse persons as to who the video or content belongs to or leads users to believe that you have been endorsed or sponsored by another person, then the trademark of such person might have been infringed. If we receive any complaints or reports regarding the same, we may remove the content, if supported with relevant evidence. If you are a trademark or copyright owner and believe that your intellectual property right is being infringed, please note that you have the option of reporting the same. However, Matriye Groups is not in a position where they can mediate such disputes and we disclaim any liability for the same. If we receive an infringement complaint that is genuine, we may remove the content in question and serve a warning to the alleged infringer. We also suggest that before reporting the issue, both parties try to solve the disputes directly with the user who posted the content. If you see any content that you feel is inappropriate and violates the guidelines given here, please report the content. If you encounter a video that you believe violates the privacy of an individual or violates your privacy, please report the same, we shall initiate action accordingly as we have a strict privacy policy. If you report any content for violation of privacy, the content will be removed only if the information, images, or data is clearly identifiable. In the event, a fellow user harasses you or you believe that someone is being harassed on the platform you can report the user or content. 25.Live Classroom :

Welcome to Matriye Groups Live Classroom. These terms of service (“Service Terms”), are between Matriye Groups (also referred to as “Matriye Software Pvt Ltd (Brand Name: Cosmosiq),” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you or the entity you represent (“you” or “your”). Your use of and access to the website and Matriye Groups Classroom service and associated software (collectively, the "Services") of Sorting Hat Technologies Private Limited ("Matriye Groups") is conditioned upon your compliance with and acceptance of these terms, which include your agreement to arbitrate claims.

Please read these Service Terms carefully and thoroughly, along with the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all other rules, policies, and guidelines made available or published on Matriye Groups Platform and as may be updated by us from time to time as they will govern your use of the Service. By registering, browsing, or accessing the Matriye Groups website or by utilizing the Classroom Services you agree to be bound by these Service Terms and all terms, and incorporated policies (the “Agreement”). The Classroom Service is not available to persons who are not legally eligible to be bound by these Service Terms.Matriye Groups will provide the Services, and you may access and use the Services, in accordance with these Service Terms

System Requirements: Use of the Services requires one or more compatible devices, Internet access, and certain software. and may require obtaining updates or upgrades from time to time. Because the use of the Services involves hardware, software, and Internet access, Your ability to access and use the Services may be affected by the performance of these factors. High-speed Internet access is recommended. You acknowledge and agree that such system requirements, which may be changed from time to time, are Your responsibility and are to be procured at your own cost.

26.DEFINITIONS :

“Classroom Service” shall mean the service provided by Matriye Groups under these Service Terms through which You can conduct virtual live classes on Matriye Groups Platform by sharing the Classroom Link with Your students/learners. Classroom Link” shall mean the link that is generated by You and shared with any person, who can join the classroom using the said link. “Classes” shall mean the virtual live-streamed classes conducted by You or by Your Representatives.

“End User” means You or Your students/learner to whom you have shared the Classroom Link to participate and use the Classroom Service. “Laws” means shall mean any statute, law, regulation, ordinance, rule, judgment, notification, rule of common law, Order, decree, bye-law, government approval, directive, guideline, requirement, or other governmental restriction, or any similar form of a decision of, or determination by, or any interpretation, policy or administration, having the force of the law of any of the foregoing, by any authority having jurisdiction over the matter in question; “Policies” means Matriye Groups Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, User Guidelines, and any other policy, rule, guidelines or terms published or updated by Matriye Groups from time to time on its website cosmosiq.ai or communicated to you by Matriye Groups by any medium of communication and are hereby incorporated in these Service Terms by reference. “Representative” means any person that You have authorized to use the Service through Your account.

Service under these Service Terms shall include Classroom Service along with the associated features, links, and software and standard updates to the Services that are made generally available byMatriye Groups during the term (together “Services”). Matriye Groups may, in its sole discretion, discontinue the Services or modify the features of the Services from time to time without prior notice. Matriye Groups may, from time to time, offer access to services that are classified as Beta versions. Access to and use of Beta versions may be subject to additional agreements. Matriye Groups makes no representations that a Beta version will ever be made generally available and reserves the right to discontinue or modify a Beta version at any time without notice. Beta versions are provided AS IS, may contain bugs, errors, or other defects, and Your use of a Beta version is at Your sole risk.

Recordings: You are responsible for compliance will all recording laws and associated consent requirements. By using the Services, you are giving Matriye Groups consent to store recordings for any or all your Classes conducted through the Services, if such recordings are stored in our systems. You can share the link to the recording of Your Classes with any person at your discretion but You shall be responsible for any default/misconduct or violation that occurs due to such person. At no point in time shall Matriye Groups be responsible for any activities by any users including you, your students, or any third party.

Prohibited Use: You agree that You will not use, and will not permit any End User to use, the Services to: (i) modify, disassemble, decompile, prepare derivative works of, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to gain access to the source code of the Services; (ii) knowingly or negligently use the Services in a way that abuses, interferes with, or disrupts Matriye Groups’s networks, Your accounts, or the Services; (iii) engage in activity that is illegal, fraudulent, false, or misleading, (iv) transmit through the Services any material that may infringe the intellectual property or other rights of third parties; (v) build or benchmark a competitive product or service, or copy any features, functions or graphics of the Services; or (vi) use the Services to communicate any message or material that is derogatory to any religion, caste, sex or political opinions, harassing, libelous, threatening, obscene, indecent, would violate the intellectual property rights of any party or is otherwise unlawful, that would give rise to civil liability, or that constitutes or encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, under any applicable law or regulation; (vii) upload or transmit any software, Content or code that does or is intended to harm, disable, destroy or adversely affect performance of the Services in any way or which does or is intended to harm or extract information or data from other hardware, software or networks of Matriye Groups or other users of Services; (viii) engage in any activity or use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, impair or otherwise interfere with or disrupt the Services, or any servers or networks connected to the Services orMatriye Groups's security systems.
